Story Behind Our Wristbands

One of my group clients said one day, "The Stop-Breathe-Focus really works but I forget to use it until it is too late."

So, I developed the Stop-Breathe-Focus Wristband. It is a silicone band with three colors: red, yellow and green.

Like a stoplight the Red signifies "Stop". The Yellow is for "Caution" - do your breathing, figure out what's going on within you, look at your options and consequences, and shift to positive self-talk. Green is "Go" for right action - that action which is "right" or in your best interest in the long run.

The colors also stand for the colors of three chakras. Red is the color of the first chakra, which is your tribal chakra, family of origin, where patterns of behavior begin to develop. Yellow is the color of the third chakra - the chakra of self-esteem and personal integrity. Green is the color of the heart (fourth) chakra, the chakra of love and mercy.

Imprinted on the band is "Stop-Breathe-Focus" on one side and "I Am the Power" on the other.

Use the band in whichever way it works for you. Many people wear it all the time and touch it or grab it to remind them to use Stop-Breathe-Focus. I wear it on my dominant hand so I look at it more often.
